Processing

It may take up to 3-5 business days to process your order. If you need a product by a certain date, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request. You should receive an email acknowledgement of your order shortly after completing the checkout process and another one when your order has shipped. All orders are subject to credit card approval.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase minus shipping charges within 21 days shipping date. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging for an exchange/return to be processed. In the event that you are returning an item that is not due to error or damage, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
